POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK – Monday through Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS - Associate’s Degree in Office Technologies, Office Management, Business Management or other related area with one (1) year of office administration experience preferred or High School Diploma and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an office environment required. Must possess strong organizational skills with emphasis on data entry for information management and retrieval. Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel necessary. Ability to work closely with management staff and able to prioritize workload independently required. Records management necessary.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE – Authorized to work in the United States and pass all background clearances.
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE - Greet and direct customers at the Main facility for St. Lawrence County. Respond to and direct multi-line phone system. Receipt payments/complete bank deposits for Agency programs. Assist Human Resources Dept. with Finger-print program.

- Take meeting minutes and prepare for distribution.
- Record appointments for the people we support and notify appropriate staff.
- Answer intercom messages; confirm appointments and direct visitors as necessary.
- Maintain conference room reservations as needed on the outlook calendar.
- Maintain attendance records for the people we support.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure maintenance is current on office copier and fax machine.
- Attend and satisfactorily complete all required in-services.
